Microsoft Office Activation by Telephone Guide

Step 1: Click "I have a product key"

  • Open Microsoft Word or any Office application.
  • On the activation screen, select "I have a product key" to proceed.

Step 2: Enter the Product Key

  • Copy and paste the product key you received into the provided field.
  • Click "Activate Office" to continue.

Step 3: Select Activation by Telephone

  • In the Activation Wizard, select "I want to activate the software by telephone".
  • Click "Next" to proceed.

Step 4: Click "Next"

  • Confirm your selection and click "Next" to continue the process.

Step 5: Obtain the Installation ID

  • The Activation Wizard will generate an Installation ID that was provided.
  • Keep this ID ready as you will need it for the next step.

Step 6: Provide Installation ID for Confirmation ID

  • Share the Installation ID with us by Email or Live chat.
  • You will receive a Confirmation ID (CID) in return to your email or live chat.

Step 7: Enter the Confirmation ID

  • Input the Confirmation ID (CID) into the corresponding fields.
  • Click "Next" to finalize the activation.

Step 8: Complete Activation

  • Once the Confirmation ID is accepted, your Office installation is activated.
  • Restart all Office applications to apply the changes.

Congratulations! Your Microsoft Office is now successfully activated.
