Refund and Return Guidelines
At YourOfficeHub, we specialize in digital products, and all purchases are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting our intellectual property.
Eligibility for Refunds
Since digital products cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final. However, we may offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Non-Delivery of Product – If you do not receive your digital license key or download link within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@yourofficehub.com. If we fail to deliver after verification, you may request a refund.
✅ Invalid or Non-Working Key – If your activation key is invalid or does not work, we will first attempt to provide a replacement. If the issue remains unresolved after troubleshooting, we will issue a refund.
✅ Duplicate Purchases – If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.
Non-Refundable Cases
❌ Change of Mind – We do not provide refunds for buyers who change their minds after purchase.
❌ Incorrect Purchase – Ensure you select the correct product before completing your order.
❌ Compatibility Issues – It is the buyer’s responsibility to check system requirements before purchasing. Refunds are not provided for incompatibility.
❌ Activated or Used Keys – Once a key is activated, it is non-refundable.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
